GSD offer a key holding and alarm response service that operates in full compliance with British Standard BS7984.

When contracted to respond to your alarm GSD will produce an assignment instruction document tailored to your specific requirements. When this document has been agreed by both parties we will place your keys in a security sealed container and be ready to respond to your alarm at anytime 24/7.

In the event of an alarm activation will attend your property and deal with the situation as per the agreed instructions. We will liaise with emergency services and contractors, only leaving your property when the situation has been fully resolved. After an activation you will be provided with an incident report listing full details of what has happened.

At GSD we have the added advantage of being able to deploy a security dog team to your alarm activation giving us a significatly higher chance of apprehending offenders if they are found on site.
